Initial site setup can only be performed from localhost.

For security reasons, the initial configuration of this application must be done from the local server where the application is hosted.

How to complete setup:

1. Access the application directly from the server it's hosted on
2. Use the browser on the server to navigate to http://localhost:[port]/initial-setup
3. Complete the initial setup form
